Mark Wang is a Patent Attorney licensed to prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
Prior to forming the Firm, Mark worked at Gazdzinski & Associates, P.C. for ten years. While there, Mr. Wang was responsible for domestic and foreign patent prosecution spanning different technologies including: wireless communication, networking protocols, computer architectures, image/video processing, and artificial intelligence.
In addition to patent prosecution, he was also involved in aspects of patent portfolio management, including infringement analysis, portfolio mining, standards submissions, and monetization.
Before entering the legal field, Mark Wang worked as an engineer for Texas Instruments for eight years. His technical work experience was grounded in rapid system prototyping (e.g., research and development for non-production designs). Mr. Wang's duties included: FPGA-based design emulation, ASIC/hardware prototyping, and hardware/software integration.
Mark Wang is registered to practice before the USPTO, and has been admitted to the State Bar of California. He has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
David is a registered Patent Attorney with over a decade of experience in patent prosecution specializing in software-based and electronics inventions. He counsels clients on patent development strategies, trademark protection, intellectual property portfolio development, and intellectual proeprty due dilligence in the United States and internationally.
